Setting up direct deposit in your Dashboard

Linking your bank account to receive payments via direct deposit is easy! Follow these few simple steps to start receiving funds in no time. 

Note: Be sure to enter your company name exactly as it appears on your W-9, or verification will fail and you will not be able to receive funds.

  1. Navigate to and log in using your email and password. 
  2. Once logged in, tap or click Business then Banking.
  3. In the Bank Accounts section, tap or click the name of your store. 
  4. A new pop-up will appear with a drop-down arrow. Select Add Bank Account.
  5. Another pop-up will appear with options to enter your banking information. All fields are required. After entering, tap or click Save.
  6. The verification process takes about 5 business days. You will receive a $.01 deposit labeled Stripe once your account is verified.
